recruiting a motivated **BusinessOperations Coordinator** to join our newest project in **Scottsdale, AZ.**

Responsibilities/Job
Duties:




+ Preparation of Timeshare SalesContracts for Sales Department and Property Owners.

+ Maintain Property Owner Information.

+ Prepare and balance cash anddeposits for Contracts Department.

+ Provides information for SalesDepartment as necessary.

+ Assist Contract Supervisor insupport of Sales Staff.

+ Preparation and maintenance oflegal documents.

+ General office work and otherduties as assigned.

+ Assist property owners withcontract questions or concerns.

+ Assist with Tour receptioncheck-ins

+ Data Entry




**MinimumQualifications:**




+ Timeshare or Mortgage Loan Processingexperience a plus

+ High School diploma orequivalent.

+ Some cash handling experiencerequired.

+ Scheduling flexibility due tobusiness demands.

+ Ability to multi-task in a fastpaced environment; able to work under pressure in a team environment.

+ Proficient in MS Office

+ Must be able to work weekends

+ Must be able to lift up to 25pounds.

+ Problem solving and goodcommunication skills.
