At our Phoenix MRO, we specialize in the repair of electronic components for aircraft. As a Contracts Manager with our team, you will own customer satisfaction, serving as the face of our organization, interacting with internal and external customers on a daily basis to provide excellent customer service.


Your primary responsibilities will be:


+ Managing a growing customer support team

+ Ensuring expedient resolution of customer concerns

+ Developing a growth strategy for the customer support team

+ Owning customer feedback process and driving improvement of the overall customer experience

+ Providing coaching and development to prepare customer support team members for more advanced contracts administration roles

+ Overseeing contracts management

+ Managing site contract flow-down process to ensure all contracts administrators are executing orders per the terms of the contract

+ Ensuring contracts administration processes comply with international trade regulations

+ Providing feedback during contract negotiations to mitigate exposure to contractual and business risks

+ Supporting military and commercial proposal development

+ Working closely with finance to resolve invoicing discrepancies that impact accounts receivable

+ Continuous improvement

+ Driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the contracts function

+ Creating robust standard processes within the customer support team


**Qualification:**

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:


+ 5 years of experience in contracts or legal related role

+ Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders

+ Effectively interacts with employees at all levels, excellent coaching and leadership skills

+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

+ Ability to transact at both strategic and tactical levels

+ Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Strong bias for action with ability to achieve results

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail


Preferred Experience and Qualifications:


In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:


+ Strong contracts leadership experience with commercial/military aerospace

+ Experience in contracts negotiation and implementation

+ Working knowledge of government contracts laws and regulations

+ SAP

+ Continuous improvement processes and tools (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)


Due to federal regulation or contracting requirements, this position is only available to U.S. persons.
