**Overview**

SuperShuttle and Transdev, formerly Veolia Transportation, the nation's leading shared-ride airport shuttle, providing door-to-door ground transportation to more than 8 million passengers per year.

**Overview:** The Scottsdale, Arizona location of our National Customer Care Center Operations is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Email Correspondence Specialist positions. Work in a team environment and maintain a professional high-spirited attitude.

**Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities:**

The Email Correspondence Specialist is the subject matter expert on Email communication and support of ZTrip our mobile application. They are the key link between our company and customers with service feedback, refund requests, lost and found issues, and other sensitive concerns. Duties include:

+ Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

+ Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.

+ Have a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

+ Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

+ Receives and responds to verbal and written direction from supervisory personnel.

+ Establishes personal contact with customers to resolve any outstanding issues including service, reservation, inquiries and billing issues.

+ Commits to performing job duties in a manner that ensures a safe work environment.

+ Willingly and cooperatively performs other related duties as assigned by management.

+ Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.

+ Correspondence Specialist needs to have great attendance discipline, and can sometimes work extra hours to meet the flexible needs of the business.

+ Able to sit for up to 3 hours at a time while continously wearing a headset, talking to customers and simultaneously navigating and doing data entry into a computer.

**Qualifications**

**Education, Licensing, and Certifications** :

+ High School Diploma and/or GED

**Experience** :

+ One (1) or more years of experience in a customer service environment.

**Skills and Knowledge Required:**

+ Proven verbal and written communications skills in a fast paced, high volume correspondence and call environment.

+ Excellent listening and problem resolution skills.

+ Research ability and attention to detail is required.

+ Good interpersonal skills.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).

+ Must be highly flexible and quality focused.

+ Must be a self-starter and work within the team dynamic.

+ Stays up to date with company polices and procedure changes.

+ Read, research and respond to Customers written communication.

+ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

+ Strong decision making and analytical abilities.

+ Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
