Position Responsibilities:

o Supervise team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and APG through training, motivation, contests and strategic scheduling.

o Field Leader - motivate, train, oversee Guest Guides and deliver supplies.

o Help rssolve guest issues, complaints.

o Assist Manager with reports and site updates.

o Resort tour reception and sales/marketing liaison.

o Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring Guest Guides.

o Assist Manager with training - new hire and on going.

o Attendance record keeping.

o Comply with Human Resource and company policies.

o Excellent communication skills, previous supervisory experience.

o History of reliability, dependability and effective follow through.

o 2 years management or supervisory and 1 year timeshare, time-share or vacation ownership experience required.

o Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

o Use of personal vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance required.

o Must be able to work flexible schedule.

o Must be proficient at Excel, Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office).

o Must have High School/GED.
