We are currently
recruiting a highly-motivated **In-HouseMarketing Supervisor** to join our flagship Legacy Golf Resort.

**PositionResponsibilities:**





o Supervise team to meet
and exceed budgeted tour flow and APG through training, motivation, contests
and strategic scheduling.



o Field Leader - motivate, train,
oversee Guest Guides and deliver supplies.



o Help resolve guest issues,
complaints.



o Assist Manager with reports and
site updates.



o Resort tour reception and
sales/marketing liaison.



o Recruiting, Interviewing and
Hiring Guest Guides.



o Assist Manager with training - new
hire and on going.



o Attendance record keeping.



o Comply with Human Resource and
company policies.





**Qualifications:**





To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or
abilities necessary to perform these duties successfully.





o Excellent communication
skills, previous supervisory experience.



o History of reliability,
dependability and effective follow through.



o 2 years management or supervisory
and 1 year timeshare, time-share or vacation ownership experience
required.



o Must be able to lift 25 lbs.



o Use of personal vehicle, valid
driver's license and insurance required.



o Must be able to work flexible
schedule.



o Must be proficient at
Excel, Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office).



o Must be able to work a flexible
schedule including weekends and holidays
