We are currently recruiting a motivated
**Quality Assurance Representative** to
join our **Wyndham Vacation Ownership**
projects in **Phoenix, AZ.** This is a dream position for a seasoned professional that is seeking to work for the industry leader!

The **Quality Assurance Representative** follows
Best Practices to include completing sales documents for WVO owners, supports
Sales Leaders and Sales Teams through training, retention & compliance
evaluations & reporting. Additional responsibilities include working with
the Sales team on completing after sale follow-up activities, providing
on-going product knowledge training for sales teams, monitoring rescission rates,
and communicating results to site leader. The QAR reviews and analyzes rescission information, observes
sales floor, completes reports, and assesses program progress. The QAR partners with all site
departments to support sales.





Assist sales team in accomplishing compliance and retention goals:




+ Completes closing for all salesprofessionals

+ Utilizes closing opportunity toidentify areas needing improvement for sales professional

+ Partners with team and siteleadership to develop successful training activities including observationreviews, ride-alongs and other activities.

+ Completes owner follow upduring and after rescission period involving sales participation asnecessary

+ Provides site leadershipcontinuous feedback evaluating program success










**Minimum Qualifications Required:**




+ SalesExperience

+ Notary License

+ State of Arizona Real Estate License

+ Training Experience

+ Proficient computerskills

+ Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills





**Preferred Qualifications:**




+ WVO/WbW/SVC Sales Experience

+ WVO/WbW/SVC Product Knowledge Expertise

+ Expert verbal and writtencommunication skills
